Use this report to record your  hours served in one of the eligible events. Provide details of date hours served, etc. Then click "Submit" to send to school staff for documentation. (if you have more than 3 events or obligations to report then simply submit 3 and after the thank you message repeat the process for the next events until all are submitted.)
