Financial Aid process for new families

St. Therese School, like all Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Portland, uses FACTS Management System to manage tuition payments, as well as determine financial need. You can choose from several payment options that are fair and flexible. 

FACTS Management System now also manages our enrollment and registration - so you will submit all of your information in one place. 

While we do have financial aid available through the generosity of our donors, it is limited. The deadline for FACTS financial aid applications to be complete in order to be considered for financial aid is MARCH 1, 2021

We don't want finances to be the reason you don't choose Catholic school for your child - please contact us if you would like to discuss this further, or have special needs that we should be aware of as we review your application.

Financial aid is determined by need, and all of your financial information will be kept strictly confidential.

Go to factsmgt.com or click on the botton above.

Click "Sign in" if you already have a FACTS account.* 
Click "Register" if you need to create a username and password. 
 
*Do NOT click "Register" if you simply forgot your login information. There is a feature in "Sign in" where you can select "Forgot Username/Password"
